  The house we were renting through this company was sold after four years so over that time we had the misfortune of dealing with both sales and lettings staff.....the word "team" in either case I'm afraid would be inaccurate.
  
  Apart from the two lovely part-timers who conducted the six monthly property checks, who were friendly, competent and efficient (5 stars to them only), both sets of office-based staff seemed to regard people who rent as low-life.
  
  Having witnessed the "abilities" of the sales staff over several viewings I suggest that they may want to avail themselves of some elementary sales training. They also seemed to specialise in "miscommunication" amongst themselves and with us; they then blamed it on us to the owner which needlessly added to the stress of our having to move out and also damaged the hitherto excellent relationship we had had with the owner.
  
  There are excellent lettings/sales agents out there (we have just dealt with one) unfortunately in my opinion Tod Anstee Hancock is not one of them at the moment.
  
  A company which fails to realise that people who rent may also work in the local property industry and can also turn into people who let, could be seen as slightly short-sighted.....and perhaps not a good idea in current property market conditions.
